I help small to mid-size churches design and improve sound, lighting, and livestream systems.

With over 8 years of church staff and pastoral experience, I have a deep understanding of the church’s unique technical needs. Combining this with over 7 years of professional A/V experience as well as being a graduate from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2019, I offer a unique perspective and approach that’s relational, church-specific, and volunteer-focused. Please see below for some of the services I can offer!

  • Whether it be speakers that “don’t sound right”, a worship space in need of acoustical treatment, or a pesky projector that won’t stop flickering, I’ll visit your congregation (often during a worship gathering), and I’ll give a comprehensive assessment of all audio-visual systems. Following my assessment, I’ll give a detailed report on specific recommendations to solve problems, increase overall quality, and make systems more volunteer-friendly!

  • After an assessment, I will include a quote for the recommended repairs or changes. This can range from a messy mixer layout to improper room tuning, or troubleshooting broken items! The quote will include direct links to purchase necessary items, as well as a labor hour estimate to accomplish the items listed in the report. Please note that I do not offer any rigging services; this includes any structural work on trussing and flown speaker systems.

  • More often than not, many system issues come from poor cable management, power distribution, and improper internal routing. A large part of my assessment will often include labeling and organizing cables, as well as simplifying mix workflows!

  • Having an objective presence to train and educate volunteers can often be challenging. I always offer volunteer training after the completion of a project!

  • For churches in the greater Phoenix area, I charge between $150-$200 for a consultation. This consultation includes a detailed assessment, conversations with staff/volunteers, and often sitting in for a rehearsal or worship service.

Labor Rates depend on the scope of the project, and hours needed.
